We will dispose of your information at your request within the week requested. To best secure our clients information it is not kept on our computers but on flash memory where it is not accessible through the web..
As with any website on the internet, we cannot guarantee security again hacks or other social engineered scams. Always be weary of giving more information than is needed for a given website or through any email.
Term & Conditions
Each work you commission is yours to accept or reject, rejected pieces are no charge. Once approved, paid and received, all sales are final.
Copyright is retain by the author unless the person requesting the work specifically requests rights to this work product, agrees to terms of rights sale, fulfilling those conditions.

Pleasurable entertainment is my purpose whether a single poem is written or many.
Exception
Regarding the Entertainment offering. When performing as an “on-the-spot” creative writer, the author is being paid as an entertainer with each guest at the engagement either accepting that piece written for them or does not. In other words, the poems written for them are “Party Favors.”
Expectations
What you will receive.
You should expect fresh, often spur of the moment, or off the cuff, poems from me when requesting them. For longer or specially commissioned works, these will be delivered as agreed, as I will add enough time to complete the work, so you should adjust the timing so that expectations can be met.
Requested of you.
My expectations for those coming to me are simple. Straight forward request that can be accomplished, prompt payment as stipulated, humane and courteous interchanges in communication.
